AI is part of our everyday delivery method. Here is what we use it for.
Development
AI assists our developers in writing, reviewing and documenting X++ code and extensions. A senior developer reviews every change before it is accepted.
Data-migration scripts
AI helps us write and check the cleansing rules and scripts for data migration. The scripts then run on your data inside your environment. AI does not see the business data itself.
Testing support
AI supports parts of our testing work, such as preparing test scenarios and checking results. It does not replace testing by people who know your processes.
Project-status monitoring
AI helps us track project status, so that open issues and risks surface early and status reports stay current.
Where we are today
We are using this method on a live client engagement, the first project we have delivered this way. We describe the method here, not results. We'll share results when that project is complete and we can show them.
AI for your team
Many companies want to use AI with D365 F&O but don't know where to start. We help your team begin with practical, well-controlled uses.
AI agents for documentation and training
We provide AI agents that help your team produce and maintain process documentation and training material for D365 F&O.
Copilot training
We train your people to use Microsoft Copilot in their daily D365 F&O work. That includes using Copilot with Microsoft's Dynamics 365 ERP Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which Microsoft currently offers as a preview feature. MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants work with business applications through defined, controlled connections.
Copilot and the Dynamics 365 ERP MCP server are Microsoft products. We are an independent consultancy and are not a Microsoft partner.
How we control AI use
Your business data never leaves your environment. AI works on code, configuration and documentation, and helps us build the scripts that run inside your systems.
Your permission first.
We use AI on your project only after you have agreed to it.
Enterprise plans only.
We use enterprise plans of AI tools, with no training on your data.
No AI on your business data.
The business data in your database is never processed by AI.
Senior review of everything.
A senior person reviews all AI output. AI never decides on its own.
Your choice of tools.
We work with the AI tools your organization prefers or approves.
Where we don't use AI
Decisions.
Design choices, priorities, sign-offs and advice to your leadership are made by people.
Your business data.
AI does not process the data in your database, including during data migration.

If you prefer that we don't use AI on your project, we don't.
As a replacement for testing.
AI supports testing. It does not replace testing by your key users and our consultants.
Questions about AI
Will AI make our project faster or cheaper?
We don't make that claim. Our first project delivered this way is still in progress. When it is complete and we can evidence results, we'll share them.
Which AI tools do you use?
It depends on your organization's preferences and policies. We use enterprise plans only, under terms that do not allow training on your data.
Can we say no to AI on our project?
Yes. We ask for your permission before we use AI, and we work without it if you prefer.
Do we need Copilot licenses before training?
We'll check your current Microsoft licensing and setup with you before we plan any training.
