Dynamics Adept Consult is led by two partners and solution architects. We implement, upgrade, recover and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with AI built into how we deliver.

Product depth, without the pyramid

We have worked on Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations on every version since AX 2.5. Between us, that's more than 50 AX and D365 projects.

For years, we did that work as part of larger Microsoft Dynamics partners. We led technical delivery, functional design and delivery teams for companies in the US, UK and Europe.

Today we work as an independent consultancy. You work directly with the partners: no sales layer and no handoff to a junior team. Our clients are mainly smaller and mid-market companies, many of them in life sciences.

    We ask your permission before we use AI on your code or documents. We use enterprise AI plans that don't train on your data, we choose tools with you, and a senior person reviews every result. AI never decides alone.

Dusan Calic

Partner, Solution Architect

Dusan leads technical solution architecture, X++ development, ALM and DevOps, and project and engagement management. He has worked on every version of the product since AX 2.5.

He spent nine years at a US Microsoft Dynamics partner, leading technical delivery and a life-science product team. He then led a D365 delivery center in Belgrade that grew from 5 to 52 people.

Dusan took part in Microsoft's Technology Adoption Program (TAP) for AX 2012, AX 2012 R3 and AX7, attended knowledge-transfer training at Microsoft in Redmond, and wrote AX 2012 exam content as a subject-matter expert. He has spoken at the Sinergija technology conference. He started his career at Metaling.

Sanja Pejic

Partner, Solution Architect

Sanja is a functional solution architect for D365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 and 2012.

Her work covers finance (general ledger, budgeting, fixed assets, payables and receivables, intercompany and consolidation), project management and accounting, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and supply chain.

She starts with the process: how the business runs today, and how it should run in the system. She has worked on projects in the US, UK and Europe for biotech, pharma and medical companies, manufacturers, software and hardware companies, and professional-services firms.
