1. Who we are
Dynamics Adept Consult is a division of Metaling d.o.o. Beograd (METALING DOO BEOGRAD), Birčaninova 4a, 11102 Beograd (Savski Venac), Serbia. PIB 100221092, MB 06290493.
Metaling d.o.o. Beograd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Metaling d.o.o. Beograd, trading as Dynamics Adept Consult.

2. What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit dynamicsadeptconsult.com, fill in our contact form or email us. It does not cover data we process for clients under a contract; that is governed by the contract.
3. The personal data we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, company, role, work email, country, the topic you choose and your message.
When you email us: your email address, name and anything you include in your message.
When you visit the site: technical data that web servers usually record, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of access. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this data to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in your message.
4. Why we use it and our legal bases

We don't use your data for marketing, and we don't sell it.
We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
7. International transfers
We are based in Serbia. Cloudflare and Microsoft may process data outside Serbia, including in the EU and the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses in the providers' data processing terms.
8. How long we keep it
- Contact-form and email inquiries: 12 months after our last contact, unless the inquiry leads to a contract.
- Technical logs: we don't keep our own server logs. Cloudflare processes technical data to deliver and protect the site and keeps it under its own retention rules.
- Analytics data: we see analytics only as totals that aren't linked to individual visitors. They are kept for as long as Cloudflare Web Analytics provides them.
9. How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and limit access to people who need it.
10. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where it applies, and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it;
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format, where that right applies;
- object to our use of it based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent, without affecting earlier use.

11. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, or, if you're in the EU/EEA or the UK, to your local data protection authority.
